2025 ACM Awards Highlights: Performers, Nominees, and How to Watch
The 60th Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM Awards) will be hosted by Reba McEntire and streamed live on Prime Video for free on May 8, 2025, from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The event marks the awards' 60th anniversary, featuring a celebration of six decades of country music with a star-studded lineup of performances and collaborations. The show will open with 12 minutes of music highlighting past song of the year winners, including Clint Black, Dan + Shay, LeAnn Rimes, Sugarland, and Wynonna Judd. Top nominees include Ella Langley, who leads with eight nominations, including Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for "You Look Like You Love Me," and has already won New Female Artist of the Year and Visual Media of the Year. Cody Johnson, Morgan Wallen, and Lainey Wilson each received seven nominations, competing for the Entertainer of the Year award alongside Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, and Chris Stapleton. Key performances include collaborations such as Jelly Roll & Shaboozey, Backstreet Boys & Rascal Flatts, and Brooks & Dunn with Cody Johnson. Other notable performers are Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Miranda Lambert, and Zach Top. Reba McEntire, a 16-time ACM winner, will host her 18th ACM Awards, and Keith Urban will receive the prestigious Triple Crown Award, having previously won New Male Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year. The ceremony will also feature performances of the new single "Trailblazer" by McEntire, Lambert, and Wilson, and presentations from country legends and stars including Lionel Richie, Rita Wilson, and NASCAR driver Chase Elliott. The event is produced by Dick Clark Productions and is part of the ACM’s effort to highlight country music’s legacy while celebrating its future.
